Coach to 5k

A 3 times per week training plan consisting of 12 training weeks including a deload week. The goal of this plan is to work someone from minimal to no running up to being able to complete a 5k race distance safely.

The plan is set up in such a way that the last day of your 12 week training plan is your Race Day, but can be completed at anytime to help you safely and effectively build up your running capabilities.
