YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS
Welcome to the Crew!
This isn’t exclusive to runners.
This is for people who are “running” the game plan.
People who are showing up everyday and doing hard things regardless of what’s going on.
Moms, dads, business people, runners, weightlifters, power lifters, coaches, nurses, physical therapists, tri-athletes, people who offer emotional support, dogs etc!
Anyone who understands that if you aren’t doing hard things, you aren’t living up to your full potential!

What People Are Saying
“Noël & Josh have created such a great community with BARC! They’re both a wealth of knowledge and education. After months of injury & burn out, through their support and 10k program I have been able to fall back in love with running in a safe, healthy, and successful manner!”

Noël and Josh are absolutely amazing. Their combined knowledge made training for my first marathon an enjoyable experience, and they've been supporting me ever since with so much more than my running ambitions. The program they created for me ensured I had the proper amount of running, strength training, and mobility work so that I was able to complete my program healthy and injury free! I can't imagine what I'd do without being able to come to them for guidance with anything wellness related. They care so much, and that is felt with every recommendation they give, as well as when they call you out for doing something that could end in an injury. The accountability is unmatched, and I'm so happy I found them and BARC!
